How It Works
The joint where the slab meets the wall is one of the most common leak spots. We manage water at that joint so it can't puddle. Our team inspects your home first, then recommends only what your basement actually needs.
- Drainage at the cove joint
- Combined with perimeter drain and sump
- Prevents recurring 'edge of floor' puddles
- Inspection of the full perimeter
Why Calgary basements need it
Expansive clay soil, fast chinook melts and intense summer storms put pressure on basement walls and floors. A managed drainage path relieves that pressure and keeps water off your floor.

Common Questions
How long does installation take?
Most residential projects take 1–3 days, depending on basement size and access.
Is it messy?
We protect your floors, contain dust and clean up daily.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our water management warranty: if water from the walls or floor/wall joint gets past the installed system onto the basement floor, we fix it at no extra charge for labour and materials. It covers the areas where the system is installed, lasts for the lifetime of the structure, and transfers to a new owner if we are notified within 30 days of the sale (a new-owner inspection and orientation is required). Warranties take effect once the work is complete and paid in full. It is not a guarantee of a dry basement and does not cover condensation, window well flooding, plumbing leaks, surface water flooding, wall dampness or efflorescence. See your written contract for full terms.
